Included in the price of your holiday are passes which allow you access to around 50 FREE activities and entertainments within the Butlins complex.

You get to see all the kid's favourite characters including Bob The Builder, Barney, Angelina Ballerina, Thomes the Tank Engine, Fireman Sam as well as the Famous Butlins Skyline Gang. New for 2011 are the characters from LAZYTOWN.

You can watch them, meet them, and even join in with Angelina herself in her very own dance class.

Other activities included are the fantastic Splash Waterworld which has slides, rapids and a great shallow area for smaller children which even includes a slide.

You can go on the rides (suitable for all ages), play sports activities, go in the Soft Play Area, visit the Puppet Castle. There are also Kid's Clubs for different ages (parental supervision is required) or you can watch Wrestling and much, much more!

The range of 'things to do' can be expanded if you take in some of the paid for activities.

The entertainment is mainly based in three venues - Skyline, Reds and Centre Stage and will suit most tastes including musical, magic and comedy shows.

During the summer holidays, extra special shows like 'The X Factor' and 'Britain's Got Talent' are staged showing off the talents of the acts from the TV Series of the same names.

These shows will be announced nearer the time.

Also, adult weekends are staged which feature special acts based around themes such as 70's weekend - 'Festival of the 60's' - '80's Madness'. If you are interested, please contact me nearer the time to see who will be headlining the events.
