Having never booked a privately owned van before we were worried what we would find. No need, the van was so spotless even my fussy mum didn't have 1 single complaint. The bedrooms are larger than other vans with loads of storage. The heating is extremely efficient so cold October nights are no problem.
I was impressed with the cleaning products available to use, never come across that before. The owners are caring friendly people who are on site if you need them.
An immaculate, modern, clean, well located van to be proud of. I have booked again this year.

8 of us stayed in March for the adults weekend and had an amazing time.
We stayed in the Poplars which was the best quality caravan we have ever seen. Flat screen TV, central heating and only a short walk to where the party is at.We will definitely be returning.

The caravan is clean and very cosy and gives you the home from home feeling. It is very close to the Skyline where all the activities and entertainment is based in fact I don't think you can get much closer!
When booking the caravan I found the lady very helpful and friendly to deal with.
We will definitely want to book again.

Van very modern, light, airy and fresh. The children were very grateful for the selection of toys and Dora dvd's. It was nice to arrive at the van and have things like the toilet roll, soaps, washing up liquid, tea towels and hand towels at the ready. We had a very pleasurable stay. thank you very much, will book again.

We have had an enjoyable break at Butlins. The holiday was made much more enjoyable as a result of the beautiful caravan we stayed in. The location is great and the owners very friendly. We have booked again already.
